Four Predictions. The Fourth Upends How Teams Work.
Executives have stopped asking for the app and started asking to be trained. The people who could build it no longer want to, which opens a whole category of work. Neurodivergent operators are outrunning tools designed for the average user. And chat is coming inside Claude and ChatGPT, which moves where the work actually happens.

So, stick around. I'm going to give you four predictions that are coming in the next few months. And the fourth one is absolutely incredible, and it's going to have a huge change on everything we do. So stick around to the end of this video. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. And you heard it here first. Nobody's saying this, you know.
So, number one: people are going back to the basics. Don't build me the app. Just train me on AI, and train my team on AI. I've been going into executive offices and teaching the executives how to use AI, Claude, basic stuff, and come back every month. You, or one of your team members, teach us how to do this every month. What's new?
Two: very smart people know how to build it. They don't want to build it. So it used to be a threat, where I came in and they knew everything I knew. But now they don't. They just, we know it. We know what's going on. We don't want to build it. You build it, you maintain it. A whole new set of software is opening up. A whole new world is opening up because of that.
Number three: a world of software is going to open up for the neurodivergent. So the non-neurotypical, the non-standard, the non-world that AI is designed for right now, which is all average, you know, they built it for the masses. That 10% of ADHD, non-neurotypical people, they are going to have their own class of software. And those people are firing right now at 3,000, 10,000%. They're working like workhorses. They just can't keep up with how fast they're working. They need better tools.
And number four, that is by far, hands down, going to be the most amazing and most important thing to come. There's going to be in-app collaboration and chat. Meaning, in Claude and in ChatGPT, you're going to be able to talk to your teammates like you do on Slack and Teams right now, or Google Chat. That is coming, and it's going to be a complete, complete game changer for a whole bunch of reasons.
