Leads Waited Days for a First Reply.

A 2,500-lead backlog nobody was answering. An AI SDR classifies out spam and support, scores propensity to buy, engages over email and chat around the clock, qualifies on a 0-to-12 BANT scale, escalates hot leads to a human, and books the meeting itself once the score crosses the line. Zero leads left in the backlog, about a minute to assign a lead where it used to take days, and double the lead throughput. Built via PwC.

Narration

Leads waited days for a first reply. Two and a half thousand of them sat in a backlog nobody was getting to.

Six steps take a raw lead to a booked meeting. Classify, so spam and support filter themselves out. Score, for propensity to buy. Engage twenty-four seven over email and chat. Qualify on a BANT score from zero to twelve. Escalate, with a human in the loop on the hot ones. Hand off, agent to agent.

When the score crosses the threshold the meeting books itself and the opportunity is created in the CRM.

Results that ran in production: zero leads left in a twenty-five-hundred-lead backlog, about one minute to assign a lead where it used to take days, and two times the lead throughput.
