A vendor pitched an AI build with a flow map they clearly made by hand, typos and all, when the tool they are selling you would have produced a clean one in a minute. If they won''t use it on their own deliverable, ask what else they are doing the slow way.

They're building your AI and they didn't even use AI to create a simple, clean, articulate flow map. It would have been amazing. They could have thrown it up on screen. There were typos in there.
You can't trust a company to build your AI if they can't even present to you a clean freaking flow map using AI.
What are they doing? Are they going to write the user stories by themselves?
