Agentforce Coworker Shipped. Without Clean Data It's a Liability.
One search box instead of navigating the whole CRM, pulling from your entire revenue stack — but only what lives inside Salesforce, and only if the processes and data underneath are clean. The feature is powerful; turning it on without an owner and governance is the part nobody is talking about.

There is a huge feature drop this week by Marc Benioff, and it is targeted at business users — revenue operations specifically, for now. And probably the biggest feature that no one's talking about right now: it's called Agentforce Coworker.
The idea being there's a search box, and you can talk to it instead of navigating the entire CRM. You can have one conversation and it'll bring forward any information that you're trying to find out from your whole revenue operations stack within Salesforce. That's one of the caveats here.
But critically, you need clean data, you need clean processes, in order for this thing to work well. And obviously it'll bring in the information so long as it's within the Salesforce ecosystem — which is a huge opportunity for companies to actually bring forward their information directly into CRM, or figure out a way to connect all the dots from all your sales ecosystem, so that way you can start thinking about your broad insights strategy.
Which is the North Star, the Holy Grail — am I allowed to talk about Holy Grail? I'm not sure. It's the Holy Grail of what we've been trying to work towards, which is: who should I speak to? When should I speak to them? And where should I invest my money? What are the key insights from my entire end-to-end business?
Agentforce Coworker is very, very powerful. The power without the fundamentals and governance actually becomes a liability. So before you turn it on, you need an owner, and you need someone to bring this together in a clean, outcome-oriented fashion.
