Your Title Doesn't Define You. You Define It.
A line from the Chassidic masters that has stuck with me: a person''s place doesn''t honor them, the person honors their place. Title, company, circumstances — none of it defines you, and bringing purpose and integrity into a room that lacks both is leadership before it is anything else.

There is a daily reflection from the Chassidic masters that's always stuck with me, and it goes like this.
A person's place doesn't honor them. Rather, the person honors their place.
In other words: your title, location, company, and circumstances don't define you. You define them.
And the message is that we have the power to bring light and warmth to any space we're in, through purpose, action, and integrity.
And that's really not just spirituality. That's leadership 101. We have the impact — with purpose, action, and integrity — even in the harshest of places.
Have a beautiful day. Like and comment, and share this message.
