Let AI Flag Your Spam Leads. Here Are the Four Columns.
A client had a lead list they couldn't trust, so we pushed the whole export through AI and asked it to show its reasoning — not just its verdict. Four columns turn a black-box judgment into something you can audit, and the tell on the best-disguised spam lead was a mismatch nobody would have caught by eye.

I just got off the phone with a client with a really easy and useful use case for AI, and that is determining whether a lead is spam. Very straightforward, right? And you can do that back into your AI system.
But what's really cool is that you can take a lead, grab the information and throw it into your AI, and it'll tell you the logic at which it came to — why it determined that it was spam.
And I recommended that they do this in mass. Obviously, they can take an entire Excel file and upload it and add four columns to the file. And the four columns are as follows. One: what is your percentage of confidence in your verdict? Two: what's the verdict? Three: what is the next action — what is your recommended disposition of this? And four: give me a very short, 300 characters or less, reasoning as to why you came up with this confidence level.
And it was really interesting, because ultimately one of them seemed so legit. The submission was so cool. But the company that they used for the submission didn't match the product that they were looking to purchase. And so that was the biggest indicator — how AI knew that it was spam.
